OXFORD UNIVERSITY DEVELOPMENT
(2023 - current day)

'Critical friend' support across projects including: narrative, presentations, printed leasing material, CGI review and exhibition displays for Begbroke, Begbroke Science Park and Osney Mead. 

Corporate re-brand exploration, ongoing marketing and communications support and new website brief, scoping and eventual delivery oversight.

DOCKSIDE CANADA WATER
(2023 - current day)

Led client-side marketing and communications for
Art-Invest’s 1.5m sq ft urban quarter in Rotherhithe, setting the year-on-year strategy, managing budget approvals, overseeing project management, and ensuring on-site delivery.

Additionally, establishing a new website and social media presence with on-going creative agency direction, management and content oversight.

BRISTOL TEMPLE QUARTER

Sub-consultant to Start Advisory’s strategic network of businesses, including their appointment to Bristol Temple Quarter LLP.

On-going creation, approval and implementation of Bristol Temple Quarter’s place-shaping and cultural activation plans and the strategic and practical ways to deliver on-the-ground.

RELATED ARGENT
(2024 - 2026)

Led the marketing and communications strategy for 19 retail units for Related Argent's development of Platform 37, Google’s latest UK office located in King’s Cross, London.

Defining the brief, timeline and budgets. Lead on agency selection, appointment and management. Responsible for all marketing and communications outputs for the commercial leasing teams including: brand and narrative, photography, short film, website, presentation tool, on-site presence, launch event, displays and giveaways.

Brief writing, onboarding and on-going management of the creative agency to deliver Imperial’s vision for White City.

Lead for the creative delivery of Imperial’s show suite: concept, content, implementation (including fit-out liaison lead) and handover.

Management and delivery of 2023’s revamp of London’s Heddon Street, including art, planting and estate management improvements to demonstrate The Crown Estate's future plans in London's West End.
